The city's center is a beautiful garden square filled with benches and vendors. Grab a coffee, sit on a park bench, and enjoy the people watching.

SMA is home to several historical churches, but the Parroquia is the main parish. Located in the city's center, you can't miss the Parroquia's stunning beauty. Built originally in the 17th century, the bells are rung every hour and the lights are lit in the evenings.

Literally, it's a concept house. Step inside and you'll find a restaurant, an art gallery, a wine tasting room, a Casa Dragones Tequila tasting room, a hotel, a clothing store... it's a seriously cool concept. 

parque benito juarez | location

Another beautiful city park, located a stone's throw away from the Rosewood. This park has trails for walking and running. 

Fabrica la aurora | Website

A former textile factory, Fabrica La Aurora is now an arts and design center. You won't want to miss walking through the modern art galleries, designer furniture stores, interior design studios, and more. There's even restaurants located onsite!

mercado de artesanias | Location

Pop into the Mercado de Artesanias to find your souvenirs. Make sure you walk all the way through the covered market and out into the street market, where you'll find more goodies.
